Developing Education and Educating Development

Let us take science
and technology as a
naturally developing
area of studies all
over the world all at
once, and all together.
Here, we
have to pace together
with them,
and there are some
efforts from us to
‘run in the science
race’ along with
Europe also, though
that is not at all
really sufficient. We
still have to go a
long way to run the
race with them. The
point is, here, we
can directly perceive
a competition, and
here, we shall
remain conscious of
where we have to lay
more emphasis,
where we are doing
well, and were we
are lagging behind…..
