There has been much celebration that primary class enrolments have reached near saturation over the past decade and a half. IITs and IIMs are much lauded. But some key issues shackle the gigantic education system. These are: retaining students beyond elementary stage, providing quality education, opening doors of higher and technical education, and tailoring education to job market needs………
